PAT Testing

Portable appliance testing is the process where various electrical appliances are routinely checked for condition and safety of use. Testing involves a visual inspection of the equipment and any flexible cables, checking for good condition, verification of earthing and test of the insulation resistance between current carrying conductors and exposed metal parts.
